Welcome to all Cleaning Professionals We are a group of Independent Cleaning Businesses and Vendors who have joined together to offer Cost Savings on equipment and supplies through a Purchasing Alliance * Cleaning Businesses of all sorts are pooling orders to reduce costs. * For most businesses the savings can be substantial. * The joint purchasing of supplies and equipment needed for our businesses may represent a significant economic opportunity to achieve a stable supply of goods and services at a reasonable cost. * Group purchasing can result in efficiencies normally only reserved for larger companies and franchise, thus will serve as a hedge against market uncertainties. Purpose: Collective purchasing enables Alliance members to negotiate volume discounts for their primary equipment, supply & education prices and to ensure a steady supply of each at a relatively stable price. We currently have vendors offering up to 45% off of their prices to our members and we have arrangements for classes and certification at discounted rates as well. Membership: Membership is open to all persons or companies in the cleaning business, Residential or commercial. The Alliance is owned by its members, and is not run for profit. Simply click onto any of the membership form buttons and fill out the form to get your membership started Members are not obligated to purchase through the Alliance. They are free to purchase from whatever source they wish. If however, you find items here that will save you money, feel free to purchase thru the group. We are confident that you will find savings thru this alliance. Key Advantages * Combines the potential purchasing power of all members and associates * Expands the purchasing choices beyond local city and state boundaries * Initiates and manages competitive solicitations * Saves the user time, and money * Frees the users resources for other programs, priorities or services What the Alliance won't do for you: ICPA does not charge vendors to be members, to advetise or a fee from every sell made to alliance members like other organizations. Instead ICPA asks vendors to in turn give what they would normally give as an incentive to an organization back to the members in the form of larger discounts. |
