The Alliance then takes over to solicit vendors for quotes and bids. The alliance will then assemble a comparison of pricing and features and present the comparison to the member so that they can readily find the best value for their dollar without the headaches of having to do the search themselves. >>> All ICPA members also have available to them the services of alliance vendors who are willing to take time to answer their questions regarding products and services
